This centre piece aquarium needed an adjustment with its lighting. The lighting was in a real muddle and situated well above the water level reducing the effectiveness of the lighting penetration and therefore reduced levels of PAR, not great for coral growth.

Two old T8 marine blue tubes were replaced with two state of the art TMC Fiji blue LED strip lights. The existing white LED strip lights and the new blue LED were tidied up and put onto a frame system and lowered to the waters surface to produce an impressive clean display.

The corals now receive much higher levels of PAR and the quality of the blue light has increased dramatically making for great evening viewing.
